National Public Lands Day Sat. Sept 25th...The event...

Kiefer and I spent our Sat. morning in the Wetlands Preserve Mehadren Park.  Up to 100 people congregated at the park and under the support of Draper City Parks and REI we cleared pathways which were overgrown with the meanest tree in existance...Russian Olive...We were exhausted at the end and slumped down to share our experiences with the others. Hopefully some of you viewers to this blog at least considered doing a project on this most needed level of all our lives...Sorry we had to leave Woody at home for this one...
